Our Safety Philosophy & Management Commitment
Safety at Hurst Construction & Fabrication starts with leadership and is reinforced at every level of the organization. Management actively supports and enforces our safety program by integrating safety into project planning, execution, and supervision while providing the resources necessary to ensure safe work practices.
We believe that all incidents are preventable, and we continuously work to identify, mitigate, and eliminate risk across our operations.
Leadership, Training and Employee Qualification
Our safety program is led by a designated Safety Manager responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of company-wide safety initiatives. Supervisors and foremen play a critical role in the field by enforcing safety policies and procedures, conduction jobsite safety meetings and inspections and ensuring compliance with company and client site-specific safety requirements. Safety accountability is shared across all levels of the organization, creating a culture where concerns are addressed promptly and responsibly.

Industrial & Power Plant Experience
Hurst Construction & Fabrication has extensive experience performing maintenance, repair, and outage work in operating power generation and heavy industrial facilities. We understand the importance of coordinating work activities with owner operations while complying with strict site-specific safety requirements. Client references are available upon request.
